Broker, Realtor®For nearly half my life I’ve been fortunate to earn a living as a certified real estate broker and REALTOR. Since 1999 it’s been a privilege to assist buyers and sellers navigate the Mountain Resorts home market in trying times, boom markets, and every situation in between.
The mountains have always held a special place in my heart. My parents relocated to Runnings Springs when I was young, and my childhood memories were defined by my time spent in the mountain communities. I chose to raise a family here as well, returning full-time to Lake Arrowhead in the early 90s while watching my three sons progress into young men through the local school system. It’s always given me the joy to help others do the same.
The decades I’ve spent here have made me deeply in tune with my community. It’s why I serve as the Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee for Rim of the World Unified School District as well as a former board member of the San Bernardino County Assessor's Appeals Board. Ensuring a healthy community for present and future generations is what matters most.
I’m passionate about the local Community Animal Rescue program and volunteer my time regularly. My home would only be a house without the dogs that show me the meaning of unconditional love every single day.
During my time as a realty professional, I’ve come to be known as a contract specialist, a local market expert, and a trusted real estate advisor.
In the process, I’ve helped buy and sell hundreds of millions of dollars worth of real estate which has earned me an invaluable insight into the local market, many five-star reviews, and the moniker of “miracle worker” more times than I’d like to admit. Through it all, I’ve learned what it takes to nurture any kind of client, satisfy the concerns of the opposing party, and see a deal to fruition despite all trials and tribulations.
This experience has also lent itself to the assembly and coordination of a successful real estate team.
