My name is Samantha and I set myself apart from my peers as both a licensed Realtor (2016) and Certified Transaction Coordinator (2019). Not only am I skilled at representing clients and negotiating deals, I’m an expert at interpreting and finalizing all paperwork fundamental to the home buying process. 

I’ve always been fond of the mountains. It’s where I lived for over 10 years, met my husband, started a family, and was mentored by two of the top real estate producers in the area. I’ve since relocated to Yucaipa, which helps me serve the Inland Empire as well as the mountain communities, but I’ll always be tied to the qualities that make Lake Arrowhead, Crestline, Running Springs, and Twin Peaks unique. 

Whether it’s detailing the differences between neighborhoods, neighboring cities like Redlands and Loma Linda, or areas of concern such as special districts and private roads, it’s my priority to ensure that clients are fully informed. There’s much more to the mountain and inland communities than the beautiful surroundings and I help clients make informed decisions about their home purchases.
