We were looking for a house in Lake Arrowhead and a friend in real estate introduced us to Gailmarie. She is highly knowledgeable about the area and did a great job educating us on all the things we need to consider when moving to the mountains where it snows. The market up here has been quite hot, especially at our price point. We looked at dozens of properties and we were getting fatigued but she never stopped and she knew we would find the right house. Once we finally found the home of our mountain dreams she guided us through the negotiation and escrow process and we successfully closed. Once we moved in she checked in on us regularly and made us feel welcomed into our new community. After surviving our first winter in this home I am so grateful for all of her advice. Gailmarie sold our house back in September and she was honestly amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure that our selling experience was as unstressful as possible. GM is the best. She's an absolute pro. She helped us find a house at a very good price and then 5 years later sell the house for well over asking.
